If there is no activity on your account for 12 consecutive months, it may be marked as dormant. A maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.
You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving your request. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
Only deposit at betbaj using payment methods you personally own. Using someone else's account or card is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bets are generally refunded. For most sports, results stand once 50% or more of the event has been completed — subject to the rules of the specific sport.
Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The odds may shift between the time you place a bet and when it is processed by the system. betbaj reserves the right to accept or reject bets at updated odds.
